Founded in 2004 in Southern Arizona, Sandollar Alpacas relocated in 2007 to Washington State, where the importation of alpacas from South America to the United States first occurred in 1984. Today, alpaca breeders in our area enjoy not only the joys of the alpaca lifestyle, but all the advantages of plentiful alpaca activities, the high desert 4-season climate, spectacular scenery, and recreational opportunities available.
Our farm is nestled on eight acres on the edge of Kennewick, one of the three cities making up the rapidly growing, high desert “Tri-Cities” area of Southeastern Washington. We invite you to come visit!

- Breeding premium quality huacaya and suri alpacas from the best genetics in the industry. Blue ribbon winners from Latah Creek Alpacas, Pacific Crest Alpacas, Crescent Moon Alpacas, Snowmass Alpacas, Alpacas of America, and Cienega Creek Alpacas make up the foundation herd at Sandollar Alpacas.
- Providing one-on-one education and support. As a family-owned business, it is our goal to provide first class TLC for all our customers as well as our alpacas. We welcome visitors interested in finding the quality they seek and the knowledge they need.
